POST 5 ( FREE POST) Benefits of Swim

Yesterday I went  to the swimming pool  own by the University of Chile, I`ve never seen complete before ,  I just know  the entrance  of the building and the hall But this  time I decide gomore often because I dont know anything about the benefits of this activity and yesterday was really fun try to swim butt is recommend not smoke a lot  for practice in the pool I needed a lot of breathe  and coordination and Im not a cordination person its hard to me keep the concentration and sometimes I simply forgot the rytm and the thighs that I must be  attentive when I swim in the pool.


I ve never swim before but  I pass a really good  time , Im  very happy to  start with this activity because the benefits of swimming are interesting , some benefits are: increased muscle tone and strength , flexibility, healthier heart , weight control , lower  stress  and you must might live longer.

Im really  exiting about the next class.
